We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenDMC Sales Executive/Managerto promoteThailand as a travel destination in the UAE market. The candidate will be responsible fordriving B2B sales, building strong relationships with travel agents and tour operators, andensuring revenue growth for our Thailand destination management services.
Key Responsibilities:
•Sales & Business Development:
oIdentify and develop new business opportunities with travel agents, touroperators, and corporate clients.
oPromote and sell Thailand tour packages, hotels, transfers, and MICE(Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services.
oGenerate leads and convert them into sales through effective communicationand relationship management.
•Client Relationship Management:
oMaintain and expand relationships with existing B2B partners.
oProvide training and support to travel agents on Thailand’s tourism offerings.
oHandle inquiries, quotations, and bookings efficiently.
•Marketing & Promotions:
oOrganize destination workshops, webinars, and roadshows for travel agents.
oCollaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials andcampaigns.
oRepresent the company at industry events, travel trade shows, and networkingmeetings.
•Operations & Coordination:
oCoordinate with the Thailand-based DMC team for seamless service delivery.
oEnsure smoothexecution of bookings, including hotels, transfers, andsightseeing.
oMonitor market trends and competitors to develop competitive pricingstrategies.
