Household Operations
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the residence to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate and supervise household staff including housekeeping, drivers, and kitchen staff
Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Hospitality & Guest Service
Welcome and attend to guests with professionalism and discretion
Provide formal and informal food & beverage service
Set up dining areas in accordance with fine dining and service etiquette
Ensure a high level of comfort and personalized service for residents and guests
Dining & Service Management
Coordinate with the chef for meal planning and service timing
Execute formal table settings, including silver service where required
Serve meals, beverages, tea, and coffee in a professional manner
Household Coordination
Manage household inventory including pantry, supplies, and beverages
Handle vendor coordination, deliveries, and service appointments
Assist in organizing small gatherings, dinners, and in-house events
Discretion & Professionalism
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Uphold professional conduct and respect privacy of the household
Anticipate the needs of the employer and respond proactively
Additional Support
Assist with packing/unpacking for travel if required
Run errands and support basic personal assistance tasks
Be flexible to support ad-hoc household requirements
