Performs general administration and upkeeping of the CAFM System including user training & document development.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the overall administration of CAFM System.
• Supports in generation of Reports and facilitate distribution with requestor
• Assists in Training Helpdesk Operators and other users.
• Perform creation and unlocking of CAFM accounts
• Support in recording CAFM license subscriptions, ensure accurate recording of license issued to end user.
• Report CAFM System issues to vendor or relevant IT Department.
• Coordinate CAFM System function changes to Helpdesk & End users
• Execute Asset Coding following Engie’s standard Asset Attributes
• Support Operations Team in developing a balanced PPM Plan using SFG20, ASHRAE, NFPA, OEM or client specific standards.
• Supports in General Data processing/upload
• Assist in issuing PPM Work Orders to Operations & Sub-contractors
• Immediately report system anomalies observed to Line Managers
• Support in installation of Mobile App & MDM Solution
• Document, Implement and ensure user compliance to CAFM policy
• Support in Designing CAFM Training Modules and training plans
• Liaise with the CAFM provider and Client, and oversee progress of systems integration
• Support FSI Go deployment and task activity design.
• Assists in Developing Reports (Crystal Reports, Power BI, Excel)
• Support in managing Engie Contact Center
