Camp Operations
Manage full camp operations including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, transport, clinic, and security
Ensure smooth daily operations and proper coordination across all services
Maintain accurate camp occupancy and allocation records
Compliance and Licensing
Ensure all camp licenses, permits, and approvals are valid and up to date
Prepare and manage inspections from authorities and clients (including ADNOC)
Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
HSE Management
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and requirements
Monitor safety conditions and implement risk control measures
Lead emergency response and incident management
Hygiene and Welfare
Maintain high standards of hygiene across all camp facilities
Ensure food safety and proper catering operations
Handle employee welfare and camp-related concerns
Facilities and Maintenance
Oversee maintenance of camp infrastructure, utilities, and equipment
Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented
Monitor utilities usage and control operational costs
Vendor and Contractor Management
Manage contractors for catering, cleaning, maintenance, and security
Ensure service delivery as per agreed standards and contracts
Monitor performance and resolve service issues
Reporting and Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly camp reports
Coordinate with Administration, HR, HSE, and Project teams
Escalate critical issues to Head Office when required
