Position Title: F&B Captain / Restaurant Captain
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff in the dining area.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.
- Take orders for food and beverages and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in training new waitstaff and ensure service standards are met.
- Check table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance before service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverages.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
