Position Title: F&B Captain / Restaurant Captain
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff in the dining area.
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.
• Take orders for food and beverages and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in training new waitstaff and ensure service standards are met.
• Check table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance before service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverages.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
