Job Description: Car Safe LLC is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Car Parking Coordinator to manage vehicle check-in/check-out, customer documentation, and daily car yard operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Receive new vehicles at the branch and collect complete client information to prepare parking/storage contracts • Inspect vehicles before check-in, take clear photos, and upload details into the system • Prepare invoices and payment instructions through the system and send them to customers along with vehicle photos • Perform vehicle check-in and check-out in the system when customers drop off or collect their cars • Start car engines weekly as per schedule and update the engine-start log sheet • Update recovery sheets and car wash records in the system as required • Park and manage vehicles according to supervisor instructions • Ensure car safety by placing tire cradles, using car covers, and maintaining proper parking conditions • Maintain cleanliness of the office and customer lounge area, including vacuum cleaning
