- Responsible for recording and maintaining cargo/vessel planning data records in TOS, and quality outputs by prompt processing and verification of data received from the Shipping lines, agents, and port community systems.
- Organise all necessary changes in TOS data to ensure data proper integrity and use EDI to varying degrees.
- Provide prompt and timely resolutions during EDI posting to terminal IT and/or customers for proper solution/correction.
- Prepare and submit to the Planning Supervisor, team colleagues and OCC management, the check list of executed cargo planning and data input activities.
- Post different type of EDIs into TOS, and ensure errors are cleaned and discrepancies resolved for a proper data handover for vessel planning.
- Check and correct vessel statistics in TOS if required and send TDR/PBA reports internally.
- Tally discharge/load and accurately verify all special movements.
- Ensure an error free billing process.
