Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing high-quality Japanese dishes such as Ramen with precision and authenticity, ensuring adherence to traditional techniques and modern presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare innovative sushi, sashimi, maki, Ramen and hot Japanese dishes
Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood and raw ingredients
Maintain knife skills and presentation standards
Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement
Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings
Train junior kitchen staff where required
