- Oversee and manage piling and foundation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project specifications and deadlines.
- Supervise site operations, including installation of piles, foundation structures, and all related civil engineering tasks.
- Conduct site inspections, supervise on-site engineers, and ensure that work complies with safety regulations, engineering standards, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of piling and foundation works.
- Prepare, review, and approve designs, plans, and project documentation.
- Ensure the timely and efficient procurement of materials required for piling and foundation works.
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and on-site workers.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and resource management for projects.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
