Prepare, review, and implement method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures for civil activities.

Plan and supervise construction activities such as:

• Foundations (equipment, pipe racks, structures)

• Concrete works (pouring, curing, finishing)

• Excavation, backfilling, and grading

• Structural works and underground services

Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and international standards.

Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and other departments to ensure safe and quality execution.

Participate in technical meetings with clients (e.g., QatarEnergy / LNG projects).

Review IFC drawings and identify discrepancies.

Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Ensure proper documentation and approvals before starting work activities.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved method statements.
