1. Repairs or replaces ceramic tiles in washroom, kitchens, battery rooms etc. of building and various sites.

2. Checks up area requiring breakage, cement plastering etc. and attends to the repair/renewal·

3. Reports and reviews with superior and follow up.

4. Refurbishes floors and replaces defective PVC floor tiles.

5. Fixes site demarcation poles to identify new sites.

6. Demonstrates proficiency in operating/using various masonry tools, equipment and machinery such as electric drill, rotary hammer, concrete mixer, trowel, crowbar, hard rubber mallet, tuck pointer etc.

7. Builds simple block works for sites and buildings as per blue print specifications/instructions from superior.

8. Layering building materials such as bricks, concrete, tiles and other construction materials.

9. Fabricates, alters, repairs, and maintains walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom showers, sink counters, partitions, manholes, and other related structures.

10. Maintain doors, windows, furniture and other items

11. Maintain building interiors and exteriors

12. Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment

13. Frame the building including doors and windows
