Job Scope:

• Hourly cleaning to be done in assigned client houses everyday (Different client everyday)
• Everyday housekeeping chores including dishes, arrangement of items, kitchen, bathtub, bathroom WC, living room (sala), floor mopping, bed making and sofa/carpet vacuuming.
• Ironing and folding of clothes
• Communicating with each customer to set expectations before and after the job, clearing customer doubts on service expectations & outcome
• Using UC Partner App to login all information related to job including start time, end time, job scope checklist, payment method

Working Hours & Timings:

• 12 hours of in-van timing in either of the 3 shifts: (8 to 8, 9 to 9 or 10 to 10)
• ~9 hours of actual duty time (time spent at client location)
• Van pick, drop and travel will be provided
• 1 day week off (Mon/Tue/Wed or Thu) will be given compulsory every week
• 4 weeks vacation to the Home Country will be provided every 2 years

Compensation and benefits:

• Fixed salary of AED 1600 with free accommodation on behalf of the company OR fixed salary of 2000 without accommodation from the company
• Additional incentive of up to AED 600 per month (average of AED 350 per month) depending on quality of services and # of working days per month
• Health insurance & visa to be provided by the company

Candidate Requirement:

• Female Candidates Only (as per passport)
• Age 20 to 42 Years Only (as per passport)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a hotel or as a housemaid OR Minimum 6 months of experience as a housemaid/cleaning company in the GCC.
• Minimum Education Required: Junior High School Completed/10th Grade Pass (Paaralang Sekundarya)
• Can speak & understand fluent Tagalog & English

Selection Process:

• Basic Trainer Interview to understand: Communication, ability to speak to new clients daily, confidence and intent to work. (Zoom OR face 2 face)
• 4 Day Practical Training in Cleaning Training Center: Must score minimum 90% in 4th Day practice.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
