  • Manage all administrative roles and responsibilities across all functions.
  • Service the clients on an ongoing basis in a timely efficient manner.
  • Maintain Calendar for all areas required by the Manager.
  • Arrange Client meetings, book meeting rooms and confirm client’s attendance.
  • Keep up to date data bases, records and ensure all information is correct, up to date and well-presented and files in a clear, concise manner.
  • Liaise with all necessary functions and departments within Continental to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist the Manager in acquiring potential clients to expand their customer base.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Manage client onboarding processes, guiding new clients through each step to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all commitments are met and clients are kept informed of progress.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, enhancing client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to clients, showcasing project performance and analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align client expectations with service offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to clients that can enhance their strategic positioning.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
