- Manage billing and insurance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

- Oversee audits, inspections, and accreditation processes to maintain quality and compliance standards.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by maintaining high standards for patient care, communication, and services.
- Address patient concerns or complaints and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Optimize patient flow and appointment scheduling processes to reduce wait times.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of clinic management software and other technological tools.
- Ensure proper use of electronic health records (EHR) systems and maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Prepare regular reports on clinic performance for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
