The Compliance and Investor Relations Manager needs to have relevant experience in Qatar, preferably with a listed entity in Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).

The candidate must be aware of the compliance and reporting requirements of QSE, Governance Code of Ethics, and have the ability to act as Board Secretary, ensure proper reporting to QSE, and prepare and submit disclosures to QSE.

The candidate must also have experience in dealing with investors, attending investor calls, preparing investor presentations, and responses.

Experience with Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) is a must.
