We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Officer with strong foundational accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with the goAML reporting system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company meets all regulatory and compliance requirements while contributing to basic accounting support and accurate financial documentation.

• Monitor and implement compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage compliance registers, documentation, and internal records
• Conduct compliance checks and support internal/external audits
• Monitor transactions for AML red flags and escalate when needed
• Stay updated on compliance/AML regulations and communicate relevant changes

goAML Responsibilities

• Perform goAML data entries accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and submit goAML reports (e.g., STR/SAR)
• Maintain and update goAML portal records
• Ensure all reports are submitted within regulatory timelines
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding AML-flagged cases

Accounting & Finance Support

• Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Support document checking and financial verification
• Assist with account reconciliations and financial documentation
• Ensure correct filing, organization, and accuracy of financial records
• Collaborate with the accounting team for reporting and documentation needs
