- Ensure      all licensees comply with their obligations under the Law and their      license terms and conditions. The      objective is that ensuring compliance with the Law and license will ensure      that our licensees deliver a safe, efficient and economic energy sector      for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- The scope of the role includes the      monitoring, reporting and enforcement of License Holders’ compliance with      their License obligations and relevant laws and regulation.
- The key responsibility is to      ensure that the license compliance framework is consistent, transparent      and justified.
Key task and performance indicators
1- Key Responsibilities: Develop a robust, SMART monitoring and reporting system for Licensees’ License condition compliance.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge      :     Experience in the production and development of      documented procedures and policies.
- Ability to analyze and assimilate      a range of technical and legal compliance issues and break these issues      down into License Holder deliverables
- Ability to communicate with      Executive Management as well as key personnel of License Holders
- Excellent verbal and written      communication
- Ability to work with complex      documents
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Establish robust Compliance mechanism with all Licensees
2- Key Responsibilities: Report on Licensees’ compliance to Management.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge      :     Ability to analyze and assimilate a range of      technical and legal compliance issues and break these issues down into      Licence Holder deliverables
- Ability to communicate with      Executive Management as well as key personnel of Licence Holders
- Excellent verbal and written      communication
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Quarterly Licence Compliance Report Presented to Management.
3- Key Responsibilities: Develop processes and procedures for license compliance monitoring, reporting and enforcement

- Ability to analyze and assimilate      a range of technical and legal compliance issues and break these issues      down into Licence Holder deliverables

key performance indicators:       Agreed Licence Compliance methodologies for all Licensees.
4- Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate enforcement action regarding non-compliance issues.

5- Key Responsibilities: Establish different types of compliance program in the energy sector.
