- Address any issues that arise on-site, including delays, safety concerns, or technical challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain clear and open communication with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Keep accurate records of daily work activities, labor hours, materials used, and any changes to the project scope.
