Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning with project objectives, design specifications, and client requirements. Monitor and control construction progress to ensure the adherence to timelines and cost targets
Oversee all on-site construction activities, including civil, mechanical, e&i, piping, and structural works, ensuring quality craftsmanship and compliance with engineering drawings, codes and standards.
Lead and manage construction team, including site supervisors, engineers, technicians and subcontractors. Assign tasks, provide guidance and mentorship, foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Implement and enforce strict HSE policies and procedures on site. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, safety briefings and incident investigations to prevent accidents, injuries and environmental incidents.
Manage subcontractor selection, evaluation and performance. Monitoring work quality, and ensuring timely completion of subcontractor tasks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams(engineering, procurement, quality, operations) to ensure seamless integration of construction activities.
Troubleshooting construction related issues and develop effective solutions to minimize project impact.
Manage documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, punch list, change orders in proper way. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
