• Achieve Planned Output: Deliver daily, monthly, and quarterly targets as per project requirements.
• Sub-Contractor Coordination: Understand the scope of direct works for all sub-contractors, monitor progress against contractual terms, and conduct periodic review meetings. Document decisions with clear responsibilities and timelines for follow-up.
• Project Planning & Breakdown: Translate the approved project program into detailed work plans with timelines, in consultation with the Project Planner. Allocate tasks to site management staff with defined
responsibilities, specifications, timelines, and cost targets.
• Cross-Discipline Integration: Ensure seamless coordination among Civil, MEP, sub-contractors, interior design teams, and governmental/statutory bodies to maintain adherence to the project schedule.
• Material Planning: Plan and requisition materials—especially long-lead items—in alignment with site progress to minimize delays and wastage.
• Billing & Claims: Ensure timely submission of monthly invoices and follow up on payments, including claims for variations and extensions of time (EOT).
• Resource Demobilization: Manage timely demobilization of manpower, plant, and equipment to avoid cost overruns.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce zero tolerance for safety violations as per the company’s Health and Safety Manual. Implement safe housekeeping practices, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure mandatory PPE usage.
• Client & Consultant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants to foster trust and secure repeat business. Participate in contract review meetings.
• Quality Assurance: Understand and comply with the Quality Manual and ensure adherence to all quality standards and specifications.
• Issue Reporting: Promptly report any site discrepancies or errors to the Project In-charge for corrective action.
