  • Main contract management, including main contract negotiation, briefing, risk analysis, and response measures
  • Formulation of claims and counterclaims, and implementation of specific claim operations
  • Subcontract management, including drafting, negotiation, revision, review, signing, and archiving of subcontracts
  • Subcontract risk analysis and measures
  • Handling of contract disputes and litigation cases
  • Drafting, reviewing, and supervising letters to COMPANY and Subcontractor
  • Various meetings with the COMPANY and Subcontractors
  • Other contract management-related work
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate EPC contracts in line with company policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure contracts meet timelines, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Manage risks and resolve disputes to maintain project progress.
  • Oversee procurement for EPC projects, including RFPs, tenders, and vendor selection.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
  • Address procurement issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Work with project teams to meet procurement and contract deliverables.
  • Advise on contract management, procurement, and risk management strategies.
