Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Contracts Officer - CRM
Department : CRM
Role and Responsibilities:
Liaising
- Project registration & approvals
- Escrow account submission and follow-up to releasing payments
- Project inspection for completion % at various stages to enable project registration, Terminations, etc.
- Permits for marketing activities
- Submit Documents & follow up for Oqood registration, Approve DLD notices, Terminations, Waivers, etc.
- Title Deed amendments and obtaining revised Title Deeds and Site Plans
- Transfer/sale registration at Trustee offices.
- Meeting with customers and DLD/RERA for customer complaints
Sales Operations
- SPA verification
- Unit Registrations (update DLD system & make payment) including follow-up for expired documentation
- DLDN notices for default (Updating the DSR system, Sending notices by Email & Courier, maintaining proof of dispatch/receipt)
- Termination notices (Updating the DSR system, Sending notices by Email & Courier, maintaining proof of dispatch/receipt)
- Waivers for change of unit, cancellation, etc. (Updating the DSR system, and follow-up with DLD, Bank and Accounts for release of the unit)
- Request payments from Accounts for Naqoodi (Registration, DLDN notices, Terminations, etc.) & DLD registration (4%)
- Title deed requests
Skill Requirement & Attributes :
- Strong verbal and written effective communication skills in English and Arabic (Letter writing in Arabic is a must)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize work.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to attend daily activities in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.

- Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree. (Intermediate can be considered if having the required experience and skills)
- Previous experience (at least 2 – 3 years) in the Similar role.
