· Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets. · Network with existing clients to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades. · Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. · Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up calls. · Cold-call potential clients to create interest in products & services and generate new business leads. · Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns. · Provide expert advice and recommendations on a wide range of computer products, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and accessories. · Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale. · Maintain product knowledge to stay updated with the latest technological advancements. · Understand customers’ diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs. · Perform activities like Supplier Registrations, Licence Renewals etc for the clients · Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Requirements: · 3-5 years’ UAE Sales experience in IT hardware and peripherals. · An intricate knowledge of IT hardware and software. · Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for Sales · Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. · Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are an advantage.
