- Tax Research and Interpretation: Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and rulings. Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance on their implications for the company.
- Risk Management: Identify potential tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Tax Audit Support: Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities. Coordinate responses, gather required documentation, and represent the company in discussions with tax authorities.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
