Role Description

These is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai and Sharjah. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service/ Tele calling/ reception, based on the role you are applying for. You will be supporting customers via various communication channels, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes tracking and following up on customer interactions, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with team members to deliver the best customer experience.
