Own end-to-end delivery for cybersecurity projects: kickoff → planning → execution → tracking → reporting → closeout.

Build and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions), and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, engineers, SOC/IR, third parties) to unblock delivery.

Manage scope control: change requests, assumptions/dependencies, and alignment with SOW/contract deliverables.

Run customer governance: status calls, steering updates, minutes/actions, and escalation management.

Ensure quality of delivery artifacts: reports, handover documents, runbooks, and acceptance sign-offs.

Track utilization and timelines; maintain accurate internal reporting and forecasts for delivery leadership.

Drive continuous improvement: templates, playbooks, and delivery processes across recurring engagement types.
