• Manages business senior stakeholder relationships, short-term and medium-term demand needs and expectations

• Monitors and manages Service Readiness and Change Management in conjunction with Business

• Understand the business context and how their requirements and expectations can be met with DIT enablement

• Ensuring conflicting stakeholder requirements are mediated appropriately

• Handle stakeholders’ complaints and escalations well through a sympathetic process

• Study business demands and produce supporting business cases and project proposals to facilitate the definition, selection and funding of IT projects

• Understand and analyze business process requirements to identify potential automation opportunities within the assigned business domain

• Liaise regularly with business domain and key stakeholders to build a better understanding of business processes and business requirements

• Elicit, gather, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements to inform the acquisition or development of IT solutions that fulfil business process automation requirements in assigned projects

• Support the preparation of project RFI/RFP (request for information/proposal), the evaluation of vendors / IT solutions and the selection of vendors / IT solutions that fulfil the requirements of the business

• Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed IT solutions to aid management in making final solution implementation decisions

• Define KPIs for digital projects based on the agreed performance evaluation framework as determined and approved by the relevant governance committee

• Provide inputs and recommendations on the prioritization of digital projects based on quantitative and qualitative analysis

• Translate business requirements into a tangible IT development plan in collaboration with members of the enterprise architecture as well as IT solution delivery (as relevant)

• Inform the definition of the IT technology strategy and roadmap to be properly aligned with business processes and requirements

• Proactively flag any risks and propose potential mitigation actions, and identify and recommend potential improvement opportunities
