Assist in designing and preparing high tea menu items (savory and sweet selections)

Support Chef de Partie in daily cold kitchen operations and mise en place

Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal of all cold preparations

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of cold food items as per HACCP standards

Maintain strict hygiene and temperature control in cold kitchen operations

Assist in menu development for high tea and event catering setups

Monitor stock levels and support requisition of fresh ingredients

Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
