•Be responsible for effectively managing and supporting the operations across their department on a shift basis, ensuring all activity is aligned towards achieving sales and operational activities.

•Be fully accountable for performance on a shift basis.

•Be a motivating presence on the floor, driving engagement of all employees via structured initiatives.

•Ensure highest shop floor standards are maintained at all timeswithin department.

•Work closely with the Retail Managerial team to ensure high performance across the entire operation.

•Beauty retail managerial experience is required.

•Experience managing large teams.

•Strong analytical skills and proven track record in delivering results.

•Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
