This is a full-time on-site position for a Digital Content & Media Specialist, based in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will oversee the creation and execution of digital strategies, including producing content for various media platforms. You will manage social media projects efficiently, analyze content performance, and deliver insights to enhance marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management (Strategy & Execution): * Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). * Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule. * Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on content effectiveness, audience growth, and engagement rates. * Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and manage basic community moderation. Content Creator (Writing & Production): * Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for all social media posts, blog snippets, and digital advertisements. * Shoot and edit short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks) and static photography that aligns with brand guidelines. * Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, tone, and quality, and optimized for search and user experience. Designer (Visual Production): * Create compelling visual assets, including graphics, infographics, templates, and banners, using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. * Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all digital channels. * Design basic landing pages, email templates, or other digital assets as needed to support marketing campaigns.
