Develop and manage digital campaigns for lead acquisition via paid search, social, and SEO.
Plan a calendar monthly/quarterly/annual and create engaging, platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc. - Schedule and manage content calendars aligned with product launches and promotions.
Build digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility. - Collaborate with brand and content teams to produce visuals and messaging aligned with brand guidelines
Coordinate with B2B, B2C (Retail/Online), and FMCG sales teams to support targeted campaigns. - Create tailored content and landing pages for various channels and customer segments.
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. - Report KPIs weekly/monthly with insights and recommendations
Liaise with Brand Marketing, Training, Sales, and Product teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
Support implementation and optimization of email campaigns and automation workflows (e.g., welcome series, retargeting).
Stay up to date with digital trends, competitors, and emerging platforms/tools. - Propose new ideas for campaign optimization and engagement.
