Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company’s digital growth initiatives.

This role will be responsible for developing digital strategy, generating qualified leads, managing performance marketing, overseeing portal listings, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring measurable ROI from all digital efforts.

The ideal candidate must combine strategic planning, analytical capability, and Team building / Execution leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy

  • Align marketing initiatives with sales and growth targets

  • Plan campaigns to support:

    • Lead generation

    • Brand positioning

    • Market expansion

  • Identify high-impact digital channels and growth opportunities


Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

Drive structured lead generation through performance-focused campaigns, including:

  • Managing paid campaigns across digital platforms

  • Optimizing performance using key metrics such as:

    • Cost Per Lead (CPL)

    • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

  • Monitor lead quality and funnel efficiency

  • Work closely with sales teams to improve conversion outcomes


Portal & Listing Management

  • Oversee and optimize listings across key marketplaces such as:

    • Dubizzle

    • Automotive marketplaces (e.g., Dubai Cars)

  • Ensure:

    • Listing visibility

    • Quality presentation

    • Lead generation effectiveness

    • Performance optimization of portal presence


Website & SEO Management

  • Oversee website performance from a marketing perspective

  • Ensure strong lead capture systems

  • Manage SEO strategy to improve online visibility

  • Optimize digital presence for discoverability and conversion


Brand Development

  • Develop and strengthen digital brand positioning

  • Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging

  • Support brand credibility and market perception

  • Lead digital storytelling and positioning efforts


AI Tools & Automation

  • Implement modern AI tools for:

    • Campaign optimization

    • Content efficiency

    • Audience targeting

    • Data analysis

  • Identify automation opportunities to improve scalability


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and digital growth metrics

  • Provide management with structured reports showing:

    • Lead performance

    • ROI by channel

    • Marketing-driven growth trends

  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on data insights
