Dispatcher Description:

• To support dispatch team in dispatch activities, in accordance with the delivery plan, enabling the company to meet its commercial/site objective

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Dispatch team in dispatching as required and as instructed by the respective artisan.

• Arrange finished material to be dispatched to the site in an organized and timely manner enabling the site workmen to adhere to the installation schedule and meet the contractual agreement

• Follow daily dispatch schedules and prioritize deliveries as instructed by Dispatch Supervisor.

• Check and arrange proper packing of finished products and ensure transportation of materials to site without any damage

• Receive returned materials from site, verify them against delivery notes, and maintain accurate records of all returned materials
