Caribou Coffee UAE is on the lookout for a dynamic District Manager to oversee multiple stores and drive operational excellence across our retail operations in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 6–10 F&B outlets across the UAE
- Ensure operational excellence and outstanding guest experience
- Drive financial performance (P&L ownership)
- Develop and coach Store Managers to achieve their full Targets
- Implement brand standards and operational procedures
