- General Admin works.
- Liaising with and distribute project related information with the project team and external
- project stakeholders.
- Responsible for project folder setup, Folder maintenance process, formulating registers
- and point of contact for document, drawing number allocation, project number allocation.
- Must have experience and knowledge about RFI’s & RFQ’s
- Prepare ad-hoc templates, reports on projects as required.
- Process and control of all project document types on day-to-day basis in an accurate and
- timely manner.
- Maintain documents like IR’s, RFI, MOM, NCR
- Maintain all Incoming and outgoing communication and maintain communication
- registers.
- Experience in preparing Minutes of meeting, Weekly and monthly project progress
- report.
- Prepare the presentations while closely liaising with project manager.
- Maintain Handing over documents for all projects.
- Preparing standardized document/drawing number system while maintaining
- organizational standards and expectations.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they
- are up to date.
- To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team
- and potentially external parties.
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
