We’re Hiring: DOH Registered Homecare Nurses in Abu Dhabi!
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient-Centered Care: Deliver personalized nursing care to patients of all ages — from post-surgical recovery to chronic illness management.
- Medication Management: Administer medications, IVs, injections, and monitor for side effects or reactions.
- Health Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments (vital signs, wound care, mobility, etc.) and report changes to physicians.
- Care Planning: Develop and follow individualized care plans in collaboration with doctors, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Education & Support: Teach patients and families about condition management, medication use, hygiene, and prevention.
- Home Safety Checks: Assess the home environment to ensure it supports recovery and reduces fall or injury risks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely nursing records as per HAAD (DOH) standards and privacy regulations.
