The Draftsman – Plumbing produces plumbing, drainage, and sanitary shop drawings for villa and building construction projects, ensuring accurate representation of systems in compliance with UAE authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare plumbing and drainage shop drawings including hot/cold water systems, soil/waste stacks, rainwater drainage, and irrigation.
Draw riser diagrams, floor plan layouts, and isometric views for all plumbing systems.
Coordinate with other MEP disciplines to produce clash-free combined services drawings.
Update drawings based on site variations, RFIs, and approved submittals.
Produce as-built plumbing drawings for handover documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE Plumbing Code, DM, and SEWA requirements.
