Transportation:
- Collecting letters & other documents from post office.
- Purchasing kitchen items and some local purchasing by monthly
- Vehicle test passing for renewing vehicle registration on time and to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times.
- Ensure vehicle is given regular maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
- Pick up and drop off Company Guests whenever required.
- Transport products and materials securely to areas where they are needed.
Collection:
- Depositing Cheques in Bank.
- Depositing and collecting Transfers & Guarantee in Bank.
- Submission of Tender, enquiry & Letters to customer.
- Collection of LPO, Tender, Enquiry, & Contract from customers.
Administration:
- Paying electricity & telephone bills.
- Collection of Cheques from customers if requested by accounts.
- Collecting and submitting reimbursement claims with Insurance company.
