Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Dubai Store, Microless, and other online marketplaces.
Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and stock updates.
Monitor Buy Box performance, pricing competitiveness, and marketplace compliance.
Order & Operations Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse teams for order processing, packing, and shipment timelines.
Monitor cancelled, delayed, and returned orders and take corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to platform SLAs for dispatch and delivery.
Sales Tracking & Reporting
Track daily sales, product performance, inventory levels, and keyword rankings.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
Analyze competitor pricing and trends to optimize strategy.
Promotions & Marketing Support
Plan and execute platform promotions (Flash Sales, Coupons, Brand of the Week, etc.).
Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities.
Ensure SEO-optimized content and high-quality product creatives.
Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints across marketplaces.
Ensure high seller rating, low return rate, and strong customer satisfaction.
Technical Management
Upload product data using bulk templates (Amazon flat files, Noon CSV, etc.).
Maintain clean product catalog and ensure compliance with platform rules.
Work closely with media/content teams to ensure quality content.
