- E-Commerce Strategy & Operations:
Develop and execute short and long-term e-commerce business plans aligned with company objectives.
Analyze online sales trends and customer behaviors to optimize performance and increase conversion rates.
Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations including website management, product listings, inventory control, and logistics coordination. - Product Management:
Lead the selection, onboarding, and management of product assortments to meet market demand and align with consumer preferences.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability, accurate descriptions, and quality presentation of all products online. - Pricing & Promotion:
Define pricing strategies and promotional plans to stay competitive and achieve sales targets.
Monitor competitor pricing and promotional trends and adjust strategies accordingly. - Vendor Management:
Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain cost-efficiency and product quality. - Order Fulfillment & Customer Satisfaction:
Oversee the order lifecycle to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment, delivery, and returns.
Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the online shopping experience. - Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with marketing, IT, logistics, and warehouse teams to align e-commerce goals and activities.
Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior leadership regularly.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar e-commerce role; retail industry experience preferred.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing online sales channels, improving conversion rates, and scaling digital operations.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and decision-making skills related to product mix, pricing, fulfillment, and vendor partnerships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Presentation & Interpersonal Skills: Capable of presenting performance updates, leading cross-functional discussions, and managing teams.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong planning, time management, and coordination skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento,noon,AMAZON,Hungerstation), digital analytics tools, and ERP systems is a plus.
