To engage with the customer to understand the needs and build the IT Infrastructure Solution that customers would accept based on their requirements and budget.
Maintain and track all the inventory and IT assets with identifying their Life cycle.
Manage a large team of Engineers and Support staff.
Define Key performance indicators for the team while ensuring that the team meets the KPI.
Adopt new technologies / Innovations for the organization to improve operations while enhancing security.
Handle Support escalations if required.
Ensure the documentation is maintained at all levels.
Help with the Audit and Incident management teams when required.
Compiling and presenting reports to the top management when required.
Ensure the maximum uptime of systems and availability of Data.
