We are seeking an experienced ERP System Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in analyzing, implementing, customizing, and supporting ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring ERP systems effectively support business processes, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Functional Analysis

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into ERP functional specifications
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders across departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, Operations)
• Identify process gaps and recommend system enhancements or re-engineering solutions

ERP Implementation & Support

• Lead or support ERP implementation, upgrades, and rollouts
• Configure ERP modules based on business needs and best practices
• Coordinate with developers for customizations, integrations, and reports
• Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live activities

System Optimization & Maintenance

• Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root cause analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls
• Manage change requests and impact analysis

Stakeholder & Documentation Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, vendors, and IT teams
• Prepare and maintain functional documents, SOPs, workflows, and training materials
• Conduct user training and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
• In-depth knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, HRMS, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Manufacturing
• Experience with ERP configuration, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Understanding of SQL, data models, and system integrations (APIs preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP deployments
