We seek a highly experienced Esports Coach and Manager to lead and manage Ascend Esports Academy’s training programs. This role involves coaching aspiring players, managing the academy’s day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver structured coaching plans for esports players at different skill levels.
• Supervise and manage the academy’s training schedules and operational workflows.
• Provide individual performance assessments and improvement plans for players.
• Recruit and manage coaching staff to ensure consistent training quality.
• Organize scrimmages and practice matches to enhance team performance.
• Maintain a professional and motivational environment for players and staff.
