Prepare and review cost estimates (labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors)

Lead end-to-end proposal preparation (technical & commercial)

Review RFQs, tenders, and client specifications

Define execution methodology, resource plans, and schedules

Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement teams

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and inputs

Ensure compliance with tendering procedures and DOA approvals

Support bid/no-bid decisions and pricing strategy

Maintain cost database, vendor lists, and historical data

Improve proposal templates, processes, and turnaround time
