Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Events & Social Media Coordinator to manage brand presence across events, client gatherings, and digital platforms. The role involves coordinating corporate and promotional events, creating engaging social media content, managing online engagement, and enhancing brand visibility through creative storytelling and relationship management.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, socially confident, trend-aware, and passionate about hospitality, branding, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
Coordinate and manage corporate events, client parties, promotional activities, launches, and social gatherings.
Represent the brand professionally during events and client interactions.
Capture photos, videos, testimonials, and event highlights for marketing purposes.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, photographers, influencers, and internal teams.
Ensure smooth execution of events and maintain high brand presentation standards.
Assist in planning event calendars and promotional campaigns.
Social Media Management
Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Post event coverage, stories, reels, promotions, and brand updates regularly.
Develop creative captions, hashtags, and content ideas aligned with brand identity.
Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages professionally.
Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing creatives.
Track social media trends and suggest innovative engagement strategies.
Brand Engagement
Build strong relationships with clients, guests, influencers, and partners.
Promote positive brand visibility both online and offline.
Support employer branding and marketing initiatives when required.
Maintain professionalism, grooming, and communication standards during public interactions.

Photography/video shooting skills preferred
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Canva, and basic editing tools

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Media, or related field
1–4 years of experience in events, hospitality marketing, social media, or brand engagement preferred
Experience in F&B, hospitality, luxury retail, or lifestyle industry will be an advantage
