About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, handle confidential information, and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting documents using Microsoft Office Suite
Handle incoming correspondence and communications, screening and prioritizing as necessary
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate smooth operations
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation
Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking
Troubleshoot administrative issues and implement process improvements
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Perform ad hoc administrative and office support tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in executive or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong calendar management skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
Effective time management and ability to multitask under pressure
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field
Previous experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment
Fluency in Arabic
Advanced PowerPoint or graphic presentation skills
Familiarity with Dubai’s business culture and regulatory environment
