Executive Assistant - Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support CXO and senior leadership team within a family office environment. This is a high-trust role combining executive-level administrative support with coordination of select personal and family-related matters. Absolute discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior leadership • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries • Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence and communications • Support personal and family-related coordination (appointments, events, day-to-day needs) • Track priorities, follow up on actions, and support ad-hoc projects as required
Candidate Profile-8-10+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives / CXOs • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Preference for candidates who demonstrate career stability rather than frequent job changes
