  • Provide sophisticated calendar management and keep track of daily appointments of CEO
  • Responsible for routine admin duties including correspondence, handling email, preparing documents, drafting official letters for completeness, dates and signatures
  • Organize and maintain files and documents
  • Manage incoming calls, prioritize urgent messages and emails
  • Attend meetings and prepare agenda and minutes of the meeting
  • Ensure to register/RSVP’s attendance on internal and external meetings/seminar/forum. Assist in travel arrangements as requested
  • Accurately track expenses by managing credit cards and receipts. Process and submit receipt accurately and on schedule
  • Arrange schedules, handle correspondence, provide travel related services including visa, hotel, transportation, itineraries and other business-related requirements
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and as a relationship builder
  • Provide support to other team members as needed
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by CEO
