Lead and manage all housekeeping operations across the property Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection are consistently met and exceeded. Manage daily housekeeping operations, staffing, scheduling, and task allocation. Conduct daily briefings and regular housekeeping meetings to communicate plans, policies, feedback, and improvements. Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure operational excellence and compliance with approved standards. Coordinate with Engineering for repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance programs. Manage deep-cleaning programs and ensure all areas are covered throughout the year. Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and exemplary conduct at all times. Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and excellent personal hygiene at all times. Comply fully with fire, hygiene, health, safety, and emergency procedures. Remain flexible and perform additional duties as requested by Management
