What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat:
The F&I Advisor will serve as the single point of ownership for a customer journey post car reservation through financing, insurance coordination, registration and delivery. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end financing execution, documentation coordination, banker engagement, and delivery readiness - ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer delight.
1. Post-Reservation Customer Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers after car reservation.
Guide customers through financing, documentation, insurance, and registration processes.
2. Financing and banker coordination
Collect customer financial documents post booking and submit the case to bankers.
Directly coordinate with bankers and internal Team Leads to fast-track loan approvals.
Ensure 100% documentation completeness for both financed and full-cash cases.
Verify accuracy of submitted documents before banker processing.
Own discrepancy resolution with customers and ensure timely resubmissions.
Escalate cases tactically to reduce approval delays.
Proactively follow up on any additional documents requirement, LPO generation, second set submission and disbursal operations.
Maintain audit-ready records.
3. Insurance and registration coordination
Coordinate insurance issuance in collaboration with partners.
Ensure registration processes are tracked and completed within SLA.
Align with internal QC and registration teams for delivery readiness.
4. Internal stakeholder coordination
Work closely with:
Final QC & Inspection teams
Registration & Logistics
Banking Team Leads
Ensure no handoff gaps between approval, registration, and delivery stages.
5. Delivery Enablement & Experience
Track readiness for delivery across financing, registration, and QC clearance.
Prevent bottlenecks that can delay physical delivery.
Drive a hassle-free and predictable delivery experience for customers.
